Broken links
As for internal link, a list of broken links is created: the best way to avoid the search engine and the visitor for 404 errors. This functionnality is highly relevant to find invisibles broken links.
PageRank and Google SiteMap
Keyword Crawler also allows you to retrieve the PageRank for each page visited, and to know what part of the site may be apparent in requests to Google. It also allows you to generate a sitemap file in XML Format. Googole sitemap is a very powerful tool that permit to google to know in advance your webpages URL. PageRank is used while generate sitemap.
Robots.txt & META Robot
Since version 1.1, the rules robots.txt as well as those of the metatag Robot are now followed.
Content-Type
Keyword Crawler now uses the http headers to determine the nature of the pages visited. The Text, PDF and Offices documents are now included in the generated Google sitemap.
